MODERN - International Dance Teachers' Assocation (IDTA) & Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD)
We follow the IDTA & ISTD syllabi for our group classes on modern dancing. Students begin learning from three years of age and enjoy the delights of the professionally structured lessons. We work towards examinations, however this is not compulsory and each student is allowed to work at their own pace. The classes develop musical awareness, confidence and physical strength, exercise the brain and build a strong base of dance techniques.
IDTA & ISTD are recognised by professional colleges.

Our music department works mostly with individuals for private lessons and each student is guided according to their own achievements. The theory lessons are held in small groups. Piano and Singing lessons are booked on a private class timetable. Musical Theatre for performance and/or examinations is very popular and at times we have a waiting list.
We also have a Flute tutor who is available Tuesday evenings for all levels.
